Treatments It is not advisable to receive a massage if you have a serious medical condition. It is not advisable to receive a galvanic Deep Cleanse Facial if: " You are pregnant, have a pacemaker, are epileptic, wear metal braces on your teeth, have a metal implant, have many broken capillaries or have an inflamed or open wound on the facial area. How does the Galvanic Deep Cleanse Facial work? The Two phase Galvanic Deep Cleanse Facial is applied using a hand held Galvanic Spa which automatically adjusts to your skin type. The first phase is a deep cleanse and the second phase is to stimulate the skin and push in essential nutrients. Spa Etiquette To ensure that guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Willinga Lodge Spa, we respectfully request that all visitors turn off cellular phones and electronic devices upon entering the spa. Any illicit or sexual suggestive remarks or advances will result in the session being terminated immediately, thereby forfeiting any payment. Attire Please arrive at the Spa wearing comfortable, light clothing or a bathrobe. Reservations Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card number is required at the time of booking for a confirmed appointment. Check-in Please check in least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to avoid reduced treatment times. A late arrival will result in a shortened treatment to accommodate other guests fairly. Special Consideration Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant or have any other medical complications are advised to consult their doctors before signing up for any spa services. Kindly inform your spa therapist of any existing medical conditions on the disclosure form. Smoking And Alcohol Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the Spa are prohibited. It is also advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol or heavy meals prior to, or after any Spa treatment. Cancellation Policy Cancellation over 6 months prior - 100% Refund Cancellation 2 weeks to 6 months prior - 75% Refund Cancellation 24 hours to less than 2 weeks prior - 50% Refund Cancellation less than 24 hours - forfeiture of deposit Valuables We recommend that no jewellery be worn at the Spa. The management and staff accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the Spa premises. Refund Policy Treatment packages and spa membership are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Payment We accept cash and pre-payment. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
